GRATITUDE GROWS
We don’t need to wait until the end of the year to be grateful, but the last day of the year is a wonderful time to summarize all of our gratitudes.
It’s easy to take life for granted, to go through our day by rote, not noticing what we’re doing or what we have. But by bringing mindfulness into our day we bring gratitude into our hearts. And when gratitude fills our hearts, peace fills our being.
When we begin finding gratitude in things we normally overlook, gratitude can then spread to so many areas of our lives.
Try making a daily practice of writing in a gratitude journal, either in the morning or in the evening. You will notice more peace, positivity and happiness entering your life.
