My Program
My program consists of two 50-minute sessions per month, held either virtually or in-person.
My client starts out by defining their goals. I then guide my client to put their health and wellness back in balance by working with them to:
Discover diet and lifestyle habits that are not serving them
Implement healthy diet and lifestyle changes through exploring what works best for them
Learn how to incorporate these changes into their daily lives
In each session I guide my client to uncover:
The obstacles that are holding them back
Ways for them to no longer be challenged by these obstacles
Simple changes to weave into their day, so as to achieve their health and lifestyle goals
