My Program

My program consists of two 50-minute sessions per month, held either virtually or in-person.

My client starts out by defining their goals. I then guide my client to put their health and wellness back in balance by working with them to:

  • Discover diet and lifestyle habits that are not serving them

  • Implement healthy diet and lifestyle changes through exploring what works best for them

  • Learn how to incorporate these changes into their daily lives

In each session I guide my client to uncover:

  • The obstacles that are holding them back

  • Ways for them to no longer be challenged by these obstacles

  • Simple changes to weave into their day, so as to achieve their health and lifestyle goals

With caring guidance and a good listening ear, I tailor my program to each client’s needs and pace.
